Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Global Sustainability Data Lead to own the design, governance, and evolution of the company’s Sustainability data ecosystem. You will define metrics, source data, and build auditable, scalable pipelines using SQL and Python within Azure-based platforms.

The role drives data architecture for disclosures, customer data solutions, and investor reporting, partnering with IT and business teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs across cycles.

Qualifications

• Design and operate a scalable Sustainability data architecture and governance framework.
• Develop auditable data pipelines and data models for reporting.
• Translate sustainability methodologies into repeatable, scalable data processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Sustainability data ecosystem from source to disclosure across reporting cycles.
• Build data lineage, metadata, and audit trails for third-party assurance.
• Partner with IT and business units to integrate sustainability data into enterprise systems.
• Deliver customized data packages for customers and investors on request.
• Lead data quality controls and ensure audit-ready datasets for annual reports.
