V3 Companies is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager for a remote opportunity across multiple U.S. states, including AZ.

You will lead land surveying projects from setup through completion, focusing on construction layout, ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, while collaborating with a large team of designers and engineers. Qualifications

• At least 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including boundary and topographic surveys.
• Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
• Professional licensure in Indiana is required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with excellent time management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various land surveys focusing on construction layout and as-builts, including ALTA, boundary and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
