V3 Companies is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. This is a remote opportunity across CO, FL, IN, MI, MO, NE, NC, OH, SC, TN, WI and AZ, with in-office options at preferred locations.

You will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to deliver results that positively shape North America. Manage surveys from setup to completion, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; boundary/topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• Indiana professional licensure required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy; proactive problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare land surveys focused on construction layout, ALTA, boundary, and topography.
• Oversee survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and write proposals.
