Job summary

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager to contribute to career-defining projects across North America. This is a remote role with potential in-office options in CO, FL, IN, MI, MO, NE, NC, OH, SC, TN, WI and AZ.

You will oversee survey projects from setup to completion, coordinate with clients, develop plans and budgets, and ensure accuracy using AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Total 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency; construction calculations, boundary and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Indiana licensure is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare land surveys focusing on construction layout, ALTA, boundary and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
