Job summary

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. This remote opportunity supports multiple states and enables collaboration with our nationwide team.

You will oversee land surveys, manage projects from setup through completion, and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction while leading a team of designers, engineers, and scientists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; construction calculations, boundary and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong client relationships and leadership skills.
• Licensed in Indiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
