Amentum is seeking an Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst based in Virginia Beach, VA. You will plan, execute, and report on SURTASS operations, reporting to the Program Manager and the Government.

The role emphasizes continual process improvement, risk management, and performance measurement for complex contracts. Responsibilities include documenting compliance, developing SOW-aligned policies, conducting RCA, and tracking CDRLs and QRP metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Three years’ experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Five years' experience conducting audits and surveillances.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• SECRET or higher Security Clearance

Aufgaben

• Document adherence and compliance to internal and external documents, references, and requirements.
• Develop policy and procedures to support contract execution in accordance with the SURTASS Statement of Work (SOW).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to facilitate process improvement.
• Track Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) delivery and compliance.
• Track performance per the Quality Review Program (QRP).
• Track and assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCA’s.
