Amentum is seeking a dynamic Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst for the SURTASS program, home based in Virginia Beach, VA. The analyst will participate in planning, execution, and reporting of SURTASS operations, reporting to the Program Manager and Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting adherence to requirements, developing policies, conducting RCA, tracking CDRL delivery, and monitoring QRP performance. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Five (5) years' years' experience conducting audits and surveillances.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• SECRET or higher Security Clearance

• Track and assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCA's.

Job description

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment an Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing SURTASS operations. The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the Program Manager, but will also have a reporting path directly to the Government (COR, Technical Lead, Functional Managers).

The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst will provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, risk management, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements.

Compensation Details

$80,000
