Amentum is seeking a dynamic Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst to lead planning, execution, and reporting for SURTASS operations from a home-based role in Virginia Beach, VA. The analyst reports to the Program Manager and interacts with COR and Technical Lead.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the SURTASS SOW, performing RCA for process improvements, tracking CDRL delivery, monitoring the Quality Review Program, and driving corrective actions from audits and RCA

Formación

• Three (3) years’ experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Five (5) years' years’ experience conducting audits and surveillances.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• SECRET or higher Security Clearance
• Lean Six Sigma Black or Master belt certification required.

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment an Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing SURTASS operations. The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the Program Manager, but will also have a reporting path directly to the Government (COR, Technical Lead, Functional Managers)

The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst will provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, risk management, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited:

• Document adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents, references, and requirements.
• Develop policy and procedures to support contract execution in accordance with the SURTASS Statement of Work. (SOW)
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to facilitate process improvement.
• Track Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) delivery and compliance.
• Track performance per the Quality Review Program (QRP).
• Track and assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCA’s.

Basic Qualifications:

• Three (3) years’ experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Five (5) years' years’ experience conducting audits and surveillances.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• SECRET or higher Security Clearance

Required Certifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Black or Master belt

Compensation Details:

$80,000
