Eastern Research Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to manage quality assurance activities at the Surface Combat Systems Center in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of quality assurance experience, certification from ASQ, and the ability to perform audits and inspections rigorously.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000, along with competitive benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience performing quality assurance inspections and administering quality control programs.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead quality role.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP).
• Design and maintain a Quality Assurance Inspection Plan (QAIP).
• Perform inspections of components, systems, and installations.
