• Develop clinical and technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customer accounts.
• Assist with sales activities, territory planning, and product conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and priorities.
• Analyze business and territory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in project reviews and implement process improvements.
• Engage with sales leadership to understand hospital structures and decision-making processes.
