Managed Resources, Inc. is hiring a Surgical Oncology Coder to work remotely in a full-time capacity. The role centers on coding CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and related modifiers from medical records with strict accuracy and productivity targets.

The candidate will demonstrate strong oncology coding knowledge, operate in a remote environment, and collaborate with clients to ensure compliant and timely submissions while supporting revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPC or CCS-P credential.
• Minimum 5 years of certification experience.
• Experience abstracting CPT, E/M, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM codes.

Responsibilities

• Abstract all E/M, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, units from the medical record documentation.
• Enter data into client software and/or Excel reports.
• Assess physician documentation quality for improvement opportunities.
• Code accurately following guidelines and client protocols.
• Communicate with clients/providers for clarification when needed.
