Medtronic in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a STEP Field Sales Representative - Surgical for the Tampa territory. This remote-based field role requires travel up to 75% and supports surgeons, clinical teams, and systems with Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia portfolios.

The role offers an 18-month rotational development program with exposure to sales leadership, clinical education, and business initiatives. A valid driver’s license and relocation within the U.S. are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years OR Bachelor's Degree in sales, clinical, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related experience.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
• Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical procedures and provide product support in operating room environments.
• Develop clinical and technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia product portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customer accounts.
• Assist with sales activities, territory planning, and strategic product conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and business priorities.
• Analyze business and territory data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Participate in project reviews and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Engage with sales leadership and healthcare stakeholders to gain exposure to hospital structures and decision-making processes.
