Qualifications

• 3 months to 1+ year of customer or technical support experience.
• B1+ to B2+ English and strong written communication.
• Empathetic, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented.
• Freelance role, fully remote from Europe or Ukraine.
• 2/2 shift from 06:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming user requests via email and be the voice of the company.
• Meet team and individual metrics such as First Response Time and CSAT.
• Escalate complex requests and process refunds through payment systems.
