Job summary

Centralize is seeking a self-driven support professional to stand up and own the customer support function from scratch. You’ll respond to inquiries, document solutions, and feed product feedback to shape the roadmap. Collaboration with engineering will be essential to fix issues and improve the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to diagnose issues in unfamiliar codebases.
• Self-starter with ownership of a queue across channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about the product across topics.
• Write and update knowledge base content and guides.
• Use Centralize daily, provide feedback, influence roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering to fix bugs and troubleshoot.
