Confiant, a cybersecurity company for advertising, seeks a Support Engineer to triage malvertising incidents and guide blocking decisions for publishers and partners. You’ll diagnose issues, verify integrations, and provide technical guidance across display, video, and in-app formats.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Technical Support, or Trust & Safety role.
• Experience in AdTech-adjacent position.
• Able to read and debug JavaScript and ad markup, and trace ad redirects.
• Hands-on with browser and network debugging tools (DevTools, HAR).
• Capable of triaging time-sensitive escalations and clear communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain root causes clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, transparent and proactive.
• Investigative mindset and entrepreneurial approach to problems.
• Interest in web technologies and malvertising industry trends.

Aufgaben

• Respond to security escalations and triage live malvertising incidents.
• Review creatives and apply blocking decisions with accuracy.
• Investigate and reproduce issues using traces and tests.
• Verify and enable integrations across properties and formats.
• Analyze discrepancies and produce ad-hoc reports.
• Serve as a technical resource for customer teams and escalation points.
• Close the loop with Product by relaying feedback and insights.
