Wolt is hiring a full-time remote Support Associate to join our Bratislava-based team from October 2026. You will handle live chats, support our restaurant and retail partners, and help grow the Czech and Slovak market.

We value customer-obsessed, team players with strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Slovak fluency and English (B2) are required; weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• You have some experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in Slovak with professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• You are comfortable with shift work including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• You can start October 2026.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming live chats from customers, venues and courier partners.
• Develop our support function together with the support team and other teams within Wolt.
• Ensure that the delivery operations runs smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners.
• Support the Czech and Slovak markets.
