Wolt is hiring a fully remote English-speaking Support Associate to join our Shared Service Center and support multiple markets worldwide. You’ll handle inquiries via live chat, phone and email, resolve escalations, and maintain a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a starting salary of 105000 RSD gross plus extra pay for weekends, holidays, and night hours, plus generous vacation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and plenty of patience.
• Fluent in English; good Serbian is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple interactions with calm and focus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries via live chat, phone and email.
• Resolve escalations and time-sensitive issues quickly.
• Support multiple markets, queues and user types.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience with clear communication.
