Wolt is hiring a Support Associate for English-speaking customers in a fully remote Serbian role. You’ll handle live chat, phone and email inquiries, resolve escalations, and support multiple markets with empathy and clear communication.

The position includes a structured onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work a 5-day week, with 25 days of paid vacation, private health insurance, and career

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and plenty of patience.
• Fluent in English and Serbian; strong empathy and problem solving.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple interactions.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries via live chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve escalations and time-sensitive issues quickly and professionally.
• Support multiple markets, user types, and ticket flows as needed.
• Maintain high quality customer experience with empathy and clear communication.
• Follow internal policies, playbooks, and escalation paths.
• Use multiple tools simultaneously across platforms and knowledge bases.
• Stay updated with new processes and training materials.
