Job summary

Us Tech Solutions seeks a dedicated site transformation lead to deploy the Future Focused Planning program across manufacturing sites. You will guide transitions to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

You will own end-to-end deployment, collaborate with site leadership and supply planning teams, and drive readiness assessments, gap analyses, and change management plans. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.
5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in manufacturing, senior/manager level.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA or equivalent planning tools.
Experience leading or contributing to TOM deployment, site readiness, gap analysis, and deployment planning.
Facilitation, training delivery, and capability building for site teams transitioning to new operating models.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive TOM adoption.
Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against target state.
Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans.
Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams.
Track and report site progress against milestones and KPIs to Deployment Lead.
Identify and elevate risks and issues in a timely manner.
Embed new ways of working at site level for lasting change.
Capture site learnings to support continuous improvement of deployment approach.
