Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support a global rollout of a new planning operating model across manufacturing sites. You will work with site leadership and planning teams to drive adoption of the new processes, systems, and ways of working.

From assessing site readiness to delivering training and managing deployment activities, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful and sustainable change within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven involvement in supply chain transformation, operating model implementation, or large-scale change programmes.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, or similar planning platforms.
