The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in supply planning, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The position requires 25–30% travel with operations from a remote home office when not traveling.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in supply planning or demand planning.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP tools beyond Excel is critical.

Responsibilities

• Own the localized deployment of the Future Focused Planning program.
• Support a manufacturing site through its initial deployment phase.
• Partner with site leadership to drive compliance with the new operating model.
