Job summary

Factory Advisors seeks a Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations Consultant to lead client engagements on-site, driving manufacturing improvements and transformation programs. You will manage scope, budgets, and teams, delivering measurable ROI while embedding with clients for lasting impact.

The role requires a background in manufacturing operations, Lean/continuous improvement, and strong leadership with a coaching mindset to lift client performance across North America.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of diversified management experience in manufacturing engineering, factory operations, or related areas.
• Experience managing projects with budget and resource planning.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of coaching others.
• Ability to lead senior project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing project oversight and leadership with on-site engagement.
• Maintain resource utilization against project budget and scope; track deliverables.
• Prepare concise reports using standard Microsoft Office tools; present to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and demonstrate ROI.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods to boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
