Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites, with remote working from Ireland on a 23-month contract.

You will partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model, conduct readiness assessments, develop deployment and change plans, and deliver training to build capability across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master's degree or professional specialisation in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
• Extensive experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery.
• Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
• Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state.
• Develop and execute site‑specific deployment and change management plans.
• Deliver training and capability‑building sessions for site supply planning teams.
