Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to lead the deployment of the Future Focused Planning program across assigned manufacturing sites worldwide. You will guide transitions to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working with site leadership and supply planning teams.

This role requires 5-8 years in supply planning or S&OP in manufacturing, strong experience with SAP or Blue Yonder, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or industrial engineering is required.
• 5–8 years in supply planning, demand planning or S&OP in manufacturing, at senior/manager level.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, and Blue Yonder/JDA or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at sites.
• Partner with site leadership to drive TOM adoption and capability building.
• Conduct site readiness assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop site deployment and change management plans.
• Deliver training for site supply planning teams.
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs; raise risks promptly.
• Embed new processes and tools for lasting site change.
