Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Global Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy for clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical programs. This role builds a scalable operating model to ensure reliable product availability and partners closely with vendors, internal teams, and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in biopharma supply chain, global operations experience, and a proven ability to lead teams through development and launches, with GMP/GDP, serialization, and ERP
Qualifications
- 15+ years in biopharma supply chain
- Experience managing global supply chain operations for clinical and commercial programs
- Involvement in at least one commercial product launch in US or internationally
- Leadership experience building high-performing teams at Director level or above
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and serialization
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and IRT/RTSM
- Ability to influence senior leadership and external partners on supply strategy
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global supply chain team
- Manage performance of external logistics and packaging partners
- Establish global logistics and distribution processes with regulatory compliance
- Ensure GMP/GDP and global regulatory standards are met
- Lead implementation of supply chain systems for visibility and forecasting
- Drive operational excellence across clinical and commercial supply chain
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure reliable drug supply delivery
