Job summary

Ladders seeks a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics to oversee inventory visibility, supply planning, and international logistics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will partner with internal teams and external providers to keep products flowing on time while maintaining compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma supply chain, ERP/MRP and Excel expertise, and CPIM/CSCP is a plus. Remote work with occasional global shipments is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays while communicating with stakeholders.
• Produce inventory and supply reports, maintaining dashboards and KPIs.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee supply planning, inventory visibility, and logistics execution across the product portfolio and external storage locations. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to keep product flowing efficiently while maintaining strong compliance with pharmaceutical supply chain requirements. The position calls for a hands-on operator who can strengthen processes, improve reporting, and support timely domestic and international shipments in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
