The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, campaign execution, and performance tracking in a remote-capable setting, with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage campaign execution, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the marketing point of contact for assigned suppliers and align with direction.
• Host recurring check-ins with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute custom marketing campaigns and participate in integrated campaigns and NPIs.
• Coordinate with internal Campaign Managers on positioning, content, and planning.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
