Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, delivering value by optimizing working capital, reducing costs, and improving customer experience. This role partners with Operations, Distribution, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology to drive enterprise solutions.

The position can be remote anywhere in the United States, with EST or CST business hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations that influence investments.
• Experience presenting recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives.
• Deep understanding of IMS, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain platforms.
• Proven success as a Supply Chain Technology SME partnering across business and tech teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data, metrics, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and cost reduction across the supply chain network.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps that align with organizational priorities, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives.
• Build compelling, data-driven business cases for investments by quantifying financial impact, including cost savings, productivity gains, working capital improvements, service enhancements, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives, proactively identifying risks and ensuring delivery of business value with minimal direction.
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from concept through implementation, defining scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks while driving alignment among stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making across leadership through storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and data-backed recommendations.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and OKRs to measure value realization and guide prioritization.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management methodologies across the organization.
