Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year technology roadmap for the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain. You will optimize working capital, reduce cost-to-serve, and elevate customer experience across cross-functional teams.

This role requires 8+ years in Product Management or Supply Chain, strong financial acumen, and a track record of influencing senior leaders. This is a remote-friendly, nationwide opportunity with salary information provided.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and ROI-based business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, cost savings, productivity gains and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple initiatives, identify risks, resolve obstacles and deliver business value with minimal direction.
• Drive complex initiatives from concept to implementation with defined scope, success metrics, dependencies and risks.
• Influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs and OKRs to measure value realization and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
