Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, driving optimization of working capital, cost-to-serve, fill rates, and customer experience. You will bridge business needs and technology, delivering scalable product solutions across IMS, WMS, and TMS interfaces.

The role requires 8+ years in product or supply chain disciplines, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, framing problems and driving initiatives forward.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and integration points among IMS, WMS, TMS, and related platforms.
• Proven success serving as a Supply Chain Technology SME, partnering across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, influencing stakeholders toward shared objectives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data, metrics, financial models, and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with minimal direction, identifying risks and ensuring delivery of business value.
• Define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks while driving alignment among stakeholders.
• Influence leadership with executive-ready presentations and fact-based recommendations supported by financial analyses.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to inform prioritization.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
