Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a senior-level Supply Chain Product Manager to lead the architecture and management of the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap. The role aims to optimize working capital, reduce cost-to-serve, improve fill rates, and enhance customer experience.

You will partner with Operations, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, and Data teams to deliver scalable technology solutions, drive adoption of PM best practices, and govern cross-functional programs

Formación

• Eight or more years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related fields.
• Proven experience building product strategies, roadmaps and investment cases for enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations and cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery via interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product/tech roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases showing financial impact including cost savings and ROI.
• Lead multiple initiatives, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business value with minimal direction.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across business and technology teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to measure value realization and inform prioritization.
• Promote best practices in product management across the organization.
