Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage multi-year roadmaps that optimize working capital, reduce costs, and elevate customer experience. You will bridge business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions across IMS, WMS, and TMS integrations.

The role requires strong financial acumen, executive communication, and a track record of delivering ROI-based outcomes in complex supply chain environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams; translate supply chain challenges into scalable product and tech solutions.
• Lead product discovery via stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product/tech roadmaps aligned with priorities, balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, including cost savings and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple initiatives, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business value at scale.
• Drive ambiguous initiatives from concept to implementation with clear scope and success metrics.
• Present recommendations and roadmaps to senior leadership with evidence-based analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to measure value realization and inform prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to address enterprise needs.
• Promote best practices in product management across the organization.
