Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations that influence investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, including cost savings and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring delivery of business value with minimal direction.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, defining scope, success metrics, dependencies and risks.
