Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product/technology roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with minimal direction and risk awareness.
• Define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks while aligning stakeholders.
