Job summary

Dossier Perfumes is looking for a Production & Supply Planning Analyst to execute day-to-day production and supply planning, connecting manufacturing, procurement, and distribution to meet customer demand.

The role focuses on building detailed schedules, executing MRP, and resolving capacity, material, and priority issues in real time across domestic and international sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the detailed production schedule for assigned product lines/sites, in alignment with the master production schedule set by the Director.
• Execute material requirements planning (MRP) for components and raw materials, monitoring supply against production needs and flagging risks proactively.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production scheduling adjustments based on capacity constraints, material availability, labor, and quality holds.
• Partner with Manufacturing supervisors to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure production plan adherence.
• Manage expedite/de-expedite requests with Procurement to resolve material shortages or excess.
• Manage finished goods replenishment planning across distributed centers (domestic and international).
• Monitor inventory levels against min/max and safety stock targets; recommend and execute inventory deployment and DC-to-DC transfer decisions.
• Support allocation execution during supply constraints, following prioritization guidance from the Director.
• Track and report on service levels (OTIF/fill rate), inventory positions, and days of supply for assigned scope.
• Provide supply-side input into the S&OP process, including risk/opportunity identification and scenario support.

Job description

This role will support supply chain planning and production under the Director of Production & Supply Planning in executing the day-to‑day production and supply planning functions that ensure finished goods, components, and raw materials are available to meet customer demand. This role manages owns tactical execution of production schedules and supply plans, and serves as the operational backbone connecting manufacturing, procurement, and distribution. The Analyst will drive plan accuracy, resolve supply/capacity issues in real time, and help build scalable planning processes across domestic and international distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning Execution
