Job summary

Calance Software is seeking a hands-on supply chain operations professional for a fully remote, 12-month assignment with Google project extension. The role covers order management, PO lifecycle, CM inventory, and rack/material execution, with responsibilities across suppliers, integrators, and internal stakeholders.

You will operate in US Pacific Time, 8 am–5 pm, aligning with client reviews and weekly program updates.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in hands-on supply chain operations.
• Hands-on ERP fluency, ideally SAP MM.
• Physical goods experience in hardware or data center environments.
• Demonstrated exception and escalation handling across multiple parties.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets; builds trackers and dashboards.
• Clear written and spoken English for client-facing reviews.
• Able to sustain overlap with US Pacific-time stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run daily execution in an assigned operational lane with SLAs.
• Manage order, material, or build lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Resolve PO discrepancies, master data errors, shortages, and holds.
• Coordinate with suppliers, CM partners, and logistics on recovery plans.
• Maintain trackers and produce daily/weekly metrics for client reviews.
• Follow and improve SOPs where processes are the bottleneck.
• Participate in weekly program reviews with Customer stakeholders.
