Calance Software is seeking a hands-on supply chain operations professional for a fully remote, 12-month assignment with Google project extension. The role covers order management, PO lifecycle, CM inventory, and rack/material execution, with responsibilities across suppliers, integrators, and internal stakeholders.

You will operate in US Pacific Time, 8 am–5 pm, aligning with client reviews and weekly program updates.

Responsabilidades

ROLE PURPOSE

These roles execute day-to-day supply chain operations across the service lines, spanning order management, contract manufacturing support, and rack and materials execution. The job is to own a lane, keep it clean, flag risk early, and work issues to closure with suppliers, integrators, and internal stakeholders. All hands-on.

3 Physical goods experience in hardware, manufacturing, or data center environments, including international cross-border shipping and inventory management.

4 Demonstrated exception and escalation handling, working an issue to closure across multiple parties.

5 Strong Excel and Google Sheets. Builds and maintains trackers and dashboards independently.

6 Clear written and spoken English, and credibility in a live client-facing operational review.

7 Able to sustain overlap with US Pacific-time stakeholders, with comfort in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
