Quest Global is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry and logistics support professional to enter purchase orders, update shipments, and maintain inventory records. This remote role supports the U.S.

operations and requires an associate degree with data-entry experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP are essential, along with clear communication to coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree in manufacturing or related industry and 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP.
High accuracy to prevent inventory errors.
Clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

Enter new purchase orders, shipments, and inventory counts into the customer’s database.
Update delivery status, shipping manifests, and stock levels in real time.
Compare documents against the customer’s database entries and correct errors to ensure they align.
Work with the suppliers and logistics teams to resolve missing or mismatched data.
Assist the customer in creating basic inventory and shipping status reports.
