You will optimize production plans, lead Demand Driven Supply Network initiatives, and work across plants to improve service levels while reducing costs and inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning and Inventory Planning: optimize plan parameters to improve performance and service levels.
• Run scenarios to optimize inventory position while maintaining customer service and cost targets.
• Manage weekly CNA capacity planning with key master data inputs.
• Collaborate with plants to adjust crewing and sourcing strategies to maximize service and reduce inventory.
• Drive Demand Driven Supply Network initiatives within production planning.
• Identify cost and inventory improvement opportunities and support network optimization.
