Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success. You will manage onboarding, due diligence, and supplier records, while coordinating with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and value delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years in supplier management, procurement, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Act as the primary liaison for supplier communications and relationship management.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance and due diligence activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements to maximize value and reduce risk.

• Manage purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation.
• Review proposals, pricing and service quality during selection.
• Address supplier disputes and non-compliance promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal and finance to support goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and supply chain developments.
• Prepare supplier reports and leadership recommendations.
• Support supplier audits and reporting compliance.
