Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with supplier management tools, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for supplier communications, inquiries, and relationship management.
• Coordinate and manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and due diligence activities.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance; address issues and drive improvement.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Maintain records of supplier contracts and communications.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and related procurement documents.
• Review supplier proposals, pricing, and service quality during selection.
• Investigate and resolve supplier disputes or non-compliance promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to support goals and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends and supply chain developments.
• Prepare regular supplier reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Support supplier audits and reporting requirements.
