LexisNexis Legal & Professional group is seeking a Supplier Management Specialist to drive supplier performance, manage contracts, and strengthen end-to-end supply chain collaboration. You will use data analytics and cross-functional teamwork to improve quality, service, cost, and risk management.

The role emphasizes strategic supplier partnerships, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Performance Management: Maintain scorecards, KPIs, reports, reviews, and meetings. Monitor contracts and SLAs. Address gaps through corrective actions.
• Contract Management: Manage supplier contracts lifecycle. Support renewals, amendments, and extensions. Maintain records and clarify terms with Procurement and Legal.
• Tender and Supplier Selection Support: Contribute to RFPs/RFIs, evaluations, due diligence, onboarding, and transitions.
• Financial and Commercial Management: Track spend, volumes, and cost trends. Verify pricing and identify savings.
• Risk and Business Continuity: Assess operational, financial, geopolitical, cybersecurity, sustainability risks; maintain risk registers.
• Supplier Governance: Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards; onboarding and ongoing governance.
• Data, Reporting, and Insights: Maintain dashboards, analyze data, report to stakeholders, support forecasting.
• Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Planning, Risk Management, Legal.
