Elsevier is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic supplier performance, contracts, and partnerships to improve quality, service, cost, and operational outcomes. You will collaborate across the Supply Chain to strengthen resilience, manage risk, and deliver end-to-end results.

The role emphasizes governance, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration while supporting tender activities and supplier onboarding. Hybrid work and US base pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management, scorecards, KPIs, reviews, and governance.
• Manage supplier contracts lifecycle, pricing, and service commitments; support renewals and amendments.
• Support tender activities, RFPs, RFIs, and supplier evaluations.
• Track spend, volumes, cost trends, budgets, and savings opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, geopolitical, and cybersecurity risks.
• Maintain risk registers and support continuity plans and incident reviews.
• Maintain supplier dashboards and analyze trends to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
