Job summary

Project Expedition is seeking a Supplier Operations Associate to manage day-to-day supplier operations, keep pricing and product data accurate, and support our Tour Operator network. You will resolve issues, handle content updates, and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced marketplace.

The role emphasizes data handling, executive communication, and proactive problem solving, with responsibilities spanning pricing, product updates, launches, and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, account management, supplier support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large data volumes across multiple systems.
• Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and pricing updates across the platform.
• Maintain accurate pricing, availability, and product information across systems.
• Coordinate product profile updates, including activations and deactivations.
• Oversee content updates such as inclusions, meeting points, and product descriptions.
• Identify and escalated data inconsistencies to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support new product launches and removals, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Review product content, pricing, and availability before products go live.
• Investigate and resolve pricing and operational issues.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships through regular meetings.
• Manage supplier account maintenance and CRM records.
• Support compliance and reconciliation efforts, including insurance docs and disputes.
