Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time, fully remote Supplier Operations Manager to support External Manufacturing within Technical Operations. The role owns day-to-day supplier operations for contracts, POs and requisitions from initiation through execution, working ~20 hours per week through December 2026 with possible extension.

You will collaborate with Development, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain to drive timely contracts, POs, and vendor performance, while

Qualifications

• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience with procurement and contracting workflows, including PO systems Procurify.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication skills.
• Collaborative in a dynamic matrix environment.
• Fully remote; no travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technical Operations contracts and purchase requisitions from initiation to execution and release.
• Initiate and track PO requests in Procurify through PO issuance.
• Manage contract requests via Smartsheet and route through legal/technical review.
• Drive urgent SOW and PO reviews and expedite approvals when timelines tighten.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure timely contract/PO completion.
• Partner with Technical Operations to align contracting with development/manufacturing timelines.
• Attend contract status meetings and occasionally lead them.
• Provide additional services as needed and explore future scope with mutual agreement.
