Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a Partner Program Associate to support partner operations, maintain data quality, coordinate enablement programs, and administer recurring processes. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Systems, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience while enabling Strategic Partner Managers to focus on growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partner records across Salesforce and the PRM.
• Administer the OpenSesame Certified program.
• Prepare recurring partner reports and dashboards.
• Support monthly Partner SPIFF administration.
• Coordinate partner communications and enablement activities.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and operational documentation.
• Begin recommending improvements to recurring workflows.
