Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as Training Coordinator for NCC training and related programs.
• Advises the Manager on daily operations to achieve NCC goals.
• Acts as VA TMS Administrator for the NCC, managing records and reports.
• Maintains NCC training materials and reference resources.
• Supervises trainees during Initial PCR Training and may serve as acting team supervisor.
• Develops and manages a division training program, assessing needs and trends.
• Coaches staff and mentors colleagues to improve performance.
