Qualifications

• Familiarity with Verint, CMS, and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of pharmacy service representatives (PSRs) within CVS Specialty.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage onboarding and performance reviews.
• Lead meetings, coordinate scheduling, and monitor adherence to SOPs.
• Investigate escalations, oversee audits, and maintain quality and compliance.
