Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience in property insurance and restoration industry.
• 2–3 years of proven people and operations management.
• Experience identifying operational problems and working collaboratively on solutions.
• Knowledge of Xactimate/XactAnalysis/Symbility and/or Salesforce is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours during high volume events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reconstruction Estimation and Quality Assurance teams.
• Produce high-quality internal and client-facing management reports.
• Monitor team hours, schedules, and metrics to ensure volume handling.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve quality and performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
• Provide direction on escalated files and technical guidance.
