Job summary

Accuserve Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Estimating QA Specialist to review estimates and inspection documentation, ensuring claims stay within SLA and SOP guidelines while delivering high-quality work for partners and clients.

You will collaborate with cross-team members to maintain efficient workflows, apply client claim guidelines, and adapt to evenings or weekend shifts during peak periods. Strong knowledge of property claims and construction preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years property claims experience.
• Ability to review and correct estimates.
• Earlier experience in exterior construction preferred.
• Experience with QA processes desired.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and XactAnalysis required; Symbility and Claims Connect preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Estimating QA Specialist is responsible for reviewing and delivering quality work products and ensuring claims remain within Service Level Agreement and SOP requirements to deliver excellent service to our partners and clients. The Estimating QA Specialist will work closely with the cross-team members to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure that carrier guidelines and expectations are met by reviewing estimates and inspection documentation and delivering best-in-class work product.

General Responsibilities

• Review claims to ensure accuracy and compliance to carrier guidelines
• Identify damage assessment is accurate.
• Process, reconcile and work supplements to completion.
• Monitor review needed and supplement queues.
• Ensure claims are being handled within the required Service Level Agreements.
• Reconcile and process supplements.
• Respond timely to contractor and carrier inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone (in and outbound calling).
• Partner with and coordinate with vendors to support the estimating product
• Provide constructive feedback and assist in developmental opportunities
• Review and apply client specific claim guidelines, insurance policies and industry principles
• Ability to work a flex schedule that may include evenings and weekends and during high volume or catastrophe events is required
• Recognizing and identifying areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed.
• Maintain professional and technical insurance and construction industry knowledge through continuing education
• Tracking quality assurance metrics.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years property claims experience required
• Ability to review and correct estimates
• Previous experience in the exteriors construction industry desired
• Previous experience with quality assurance processes desired
• Proficiency with Xactimate and XactAnalsyis is required, experience with Symbility and Claims Connect is preferred, but not required
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate claims and provide directive on complex claims
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work a flex schedule that may include evenings and weekends and during high volume or catastrophe events is required
• Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
